Farm House

The house was built in sections, reflecting the changing needs of the family.  The earliest part dates to the late 18th century, center hall and parlor were added around 1840, and the "modern" kitchen around 1900.  Mercer County is currently preserving the farm house with a matching grant through the Garden State Historic Preservation Trust Fund and assistance from the New Jersey Historic Trust and the Department of Community Affairs State of New Jersey.
