Travel back in time on a guided horse-drawn wagon tour of Howell Farm and the nationally-recognized Pleasant Valley Rural Historic District. Narrated by Howell Farm historian Larry Kidder—who has authored several books on the history of the valley—the ride will take you through the history of 19th and 18th-century farmsteads, a historic one-room schoolhouse, the site of a former gristmill, a 1940s poultry farm, and more. Visitors can listen in, ask questions, or simply enjoy the ride.
