Turn your spider “eeews” into “aaaahs” during this family oriented program. Join our Park Naturalist for a slew of arachnid activities for all ages that will debunk the many spider myths and increase your appreciation for these tiny creatures.
Wooly Worm Weather Forecasting

Walk with a Wooly! According to colonial American Folklore, the width of a wooly bear caterpillar’s brown stripe forecasts winter weather. During this walk, we will replicate Dr. Curran’s infamous wooly worm research and predict the weather for the upcoming winter season
